Buffalo man dies in overnight fire

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man died in an overnight fire on Bailey Avenue.

Flames erupted at 12:55 a.m. and a 59-year-old man was declared dead at the scene.

Police say another male was in the building, but was able to get out.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. Damages are estimated at approximately $95,000.
