BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - As Valentine’s Day approaches, you might be right in the crosshairs when it comes to Cupid’s arrow.

The real estate website Zillow.com has just ranked Buffalo as the 9th best city for single men seeking women under 35. There is some science behind this. Zillow ranks to city based on median income, walkability, affordability and the ratio of men to women.
