NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - There has been a huge cloud of smoke in Niagara Falls Friday morning, that can be seen for miles. The fire has been burning for several hours behind an industrial building on Highland Avenue. That’s across the street from Globe Metallurgical.

The smoke is coming from a wood pile that caught fire early Friday morning. Firefighters say no buildings or houses are were in danger.
