Bus driver murder case to begin

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A high-profile trial is expected to begin Monday, in Buffalo. Joshua Mitchell is accused of murdering a popular city bus driver back in 2012.

Thirty-nine-year-old Brian Chapman Jr . was shot to death while standing on the porch of his Guilford Street home in Buffalo. He was waiting for a ride to work at the time. A motive for the killing was never released.
