BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Starting in March, some western New York Time Warner Cable customers will experience a price increase.
The cable company claims that the increase is necessary due to the rising costs of TV programming, including sports programming.
Customers who are currently receiving a discounted promotional price will continue to pay that price until the promotional period ends, they say.
