BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A medical nightmare is now facing the family of a Canadian Bills fan critically injured outside of Ralph Wilson Stadium. Robert Sitter was hit by a car while crossing Southwestern Boulevard during last month's prime-time game. He's now in a coma at ECMC.

According to reports out of Hamilton, Sitter's family says his insurance will only cover $400 in medical costs because he was injured outside of Canada. They say medical expenses have already topped $500,000
