Car crashes into home, children injured

HOLLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) - (RELEASE) The Holley Police responded to a motor vehicle accident at  South Main Street and Geddes Street in the Village of Holley.

Upon arrival the officers found a vehicle into a house.

The officers assisted the occupants out,  as the vehicle had struck a gas meter and gas was leaking into the air.

The female driver and two child occupants were transported to Strong Hospital by Mercy Flight and by ambulance.

The female driver, 26, is being treated for head injury, back injury and leg injuries.

The 6 year old child is being treated for head injury and leg injury, at this time is in guarded condition in intensive care.

The second child occupant, 6 months, was treated and released from the hospital.

The vehicle was traveling south bound on South Main Street when the vehicle went off the roadway and struck a power pole then struck the house.

The accident is under investigation.

Names of the victims have not been released.
