SALAMANCA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Bradford, Pennsylvania man is facing several charges after his vehicle went through a guard rail and a yard in the City of Salamanca last week.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened last Tuesday at 2:25 a.m. The vehicle crashed on North Main Street and came to a rest on Elm Street.
The sheriff’s office says 25-year-old Kyle Keller, of Bradford, was arrested for DWI. He allegedly had a blood alcohol content higher than .18 percent. He is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, failure to keep right, driving on sidewalk and several traffic infractions.
