HANOVER, N.Y. (WIVB) - A woman was flown to ECMC by Starflight today after deputies responded to the report of a roll over vehicle on Alleghany Road in the Town of Hanover.

The driver of the vehicle, Maryjane Tundo allegedly swerved from her lane causing her to cross the opposite lane of traffic, striking a guard rail before the car flipped and rolled on its roof.

The male passenger was taken to Lakeshore Hospital for minor injuries. The woman's injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.

Charges for this case are pending.
