VARYSBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office says an East Aurora man is facing charges after his vehicle struck a telephone pole and nearly struck a residence on Route 98 in Varysburg.
The sheriff’s office says 59-year-old Thomas E. Bialaszewski, who has a suspended license, was under the influence of drugs. Bialaszewski is charged with DWI, failure to keep right and operating on a suspended license.
An ambulance transported Bialaszewski to the Wyoming County Community Hospital for his injuries.
