NEWFANE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Niagara County Sheriff's responded to a call they received of a motor vehicle accident in the Town on Newfane Saturday morning.
The accident happened shortly after 5a.m. on Ridge Road where it appears the driver lost control of the vehicle.
The vehicle left the road, struck trees in the front yard of a home on Ridge Road and overturned several times.
When crews arrived to the scene, one occupant was found outside the vehicle unconscious.
Two other occupants were still inside where they were treated on the scene.
The driver was taken to ECMC by Mercy Flight.
An investigation is underway in regards to the cause of the accident.
