ATTICA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Some of the cats taken during a raid of the Wyoming County SPCA are now looking for a new home in Buffalo.

We're told at least 10 cats from the facility in Attica are now up for adoption at the Buffalo Animal Shelter.

As we told you Friday, about a dozen animal rescue groups in western New York are taking in the roughly 500 cats.

State Police raided the Wyoming County shelter on Wednesday after accusations emerged about the number of cats there and their medical treatment.

Twelve cats from the Wyoming county shelter had to be euthanized.  We're told they were beyond medical treatment.
