Charges pending in Dunkirk crash

Dunkirk, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police in Dunkirk say charges are pending against the driver of a minivan that crashed into a house.
Investigators say they're not sure of 40-year-old Kelly Brock of Hamilton, Ontario fell asleep at the wheel or suffered a medical emergency before Friday's crash on Maple Avenue.

Brock was airlifted to ECMC and is in stable condition.
