ALBANY, NY - WIVB News has posted a new database with 2010 salary figures for government employees throughout Western New York.

The data comes from the SeeThrough New York website and is for all employees who received $25,000 or more last year. The website that specializes in facts and figures about state and local governments.

The information provided includes names without job titles and is limited to cash compensation, not benefits including the cost of pensions and health insurance.
