BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - If your commute involves Elmwood Avenue, you may want to take a new route this week.

The City of Buffalo is paving parts of Elmwood Avenue between West Delavan Avenue and West Ferry Street, and also Bryant and Summer Streets this week.

Traffic will be reduced to one lane. The same applies to Elmwood Avenue from Forest Avenue to Route 198, where a street scape project is underway.
