ELLERY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A fire broke out in a Chatautauqua County home in the Town of Ellery Friday around 6:45 p.m. that was assisted by 5 fire departments.

The Chautauqua County Fire Investigation Team was requested to determine the cause of the fire.

They determined the cause were clothes that were left too close to a wood burning stove that eventually caught on fire.

The fire has been ruled accidental in nature and there were no injuries.
