OLEAN, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Cattaraugus County SPCA will be in the spotlight during a community meeting in Olean Monday evening. The meeting is being called by the group, Citizens for SPCA Reform.
There's been a lot of controversy surrounding this shelter, with some claiming animals are suffering due to the facility's no-kill policy. Monday's meeting is set for 6 p.m. at the JCC Community Center.
