BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Friday, the western New York community will rally around a Buffalo fire victim.
Sixty-year-old Michael Jankowski was rescued from his burning home on Roseville Street back in July. He was found in a bathroom at the back of the home, suffering from severe smoke inhalation.
A benefit is being held Friday night to help aid in his recovery. It's being held from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Buffalo Irish Center on Abbott Road in Buffalo.
