BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two city workers are accused of stealing thousands of dollars in change from the old-style city parking meters.
Monday, James Bagarozzo, 56, of Crestwood Avenue and Lawrence Charles, 39, of Homer Avenue were taken into custody by FBI agents.
In criminal complaints against the employees, it is alleged that there is video surveillance and GPS monitoring systems installed in the vehicles used by Bagarozzo and Charles. The complaints claim there is video of both employees stealing quarters.
