BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - There is a traffic change in downtown Buffalo Saturday. Ellicott Street is closed between High and Goodrich Streets because of construction.

The Buffalo General Medical Center entrance on Ellicott Street will still be open. The road is expected to be back open by August 1st.
