BUFFALO, NY (WIVB) - The Better Business Bureau has expelled a western New York business recently profiled by News 4’s Al Vaughters.

In July News 4 presented a report on a frustrated homeowner in Ellicottville who said home improvement contractor, JST Construction, failed to provide her with a presentable $30,000 addition to her home.

Windows didn’t fit the openings, paneling for outside walls were loose and poorly cut and weather and insects were getting into the structure of Lori Rushok’s home.

This week, the Better Business Bureau expelled JST Construction, of Alden, because they say the company failed to resolve complaints regarding a product or service problem.
