FREWSBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) - A harassment complaint resulted in a DWI arrest Saturday in Frewsburg. While State Police spoke with the complainant, suspect 21-year-old Cody Anderson drove by the police station.
Police stopped Anderson and say they determined he was intoxicated. Anderson was taken to police barracks and allegedly had a breath test result of .14 percent.
Police say the original complainant decided not to press harassment charges.
