Cops arrest man over missing van

RIPLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Ripley man was arrested on Sunday, after police responded to a report of a missing van at Peak N’ Peek Resort.

Police say they were interviewing staff, when another employee observed the missing van on Olde Road. Police say the suspect is 22-year-old Trent Johnston.

Johnston was arrested for third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle, and was arraigned in Town of French Creek Court.
