SARDINIA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Erie County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a burglary in progress call in the Town of Sardinia, after a homeowner came home and saw someone inside their house.

Sheriff’s deputies were are the home in three minutes, and they say they found 23-year-old Adam S. Kilingbeck passed out asleep. They say he woke up while being handcuffed and was taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment.
