GOWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - In the Village of Gowanda, Erie County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested two men at a traffic stop.
The sheriff’s office says 25-year-old Sammie Harris III, of Buffalo, and 21-year-old Timothy J. Hall, of Amherst, were charged with two felonies, criminal possession of narcotics with intent to sell and tampering with physical evidence. Harris III and Hall were also charged with felony and misdemeanor drug charges.
The sheriff’s office says they men were taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment.
