BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The City of Buffalo is building up its arsenal in the "parking wars."
Common Council members have just approved the purchase of six license plate readers, totaling $125,000.
The readers will allow parking enforcement officers to scan plates and get instant information on vehicle registrations and outstanding parking tickets.
