Crash causes delays on I-190 North

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Drivers faced congestion on I-190 North downtown Monday morning, because an accident that closed two lanes of the roadway.
NITTEC reported congestion for 3.2 miles, from Clinton Street, Exit 2, to beyond Church Street, Exit 7.
By 8:10 a.m. the accident was clear.
