BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The building that used to be Deaconess Hospital, will be torn down starting Monday.

Deaconess closed in 1986, and until last December, it was a long term Health Care Facility.

Earlier this year, Kaleida Health sold the contents, then turned over the property to the CAO which will build a new headquarters, as well as office and community center there.
