Disabled vehicle backs up traffic

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Traffic on Route 33 West was backed up for more than an hour Monday morning, after a disabled vehicle closed a lane of traffic around 7:30 a.m.

Traffic was backed up about three miles, from Suffolk Street to beyond Grider Street.
