Applications are now due by July 30th. The Scholarship is given annually to a local college student entering her junior or senior year of studies. Applicants should be able to demonstrate strong achievement in the classroom and in community service.

The AAUW gives the award in the name of News 4's Jacquie Walker in recognition of her longstanding support of the organization's annual Scholarship Book Sale and her outstanding record of service to the WNY community. The winner will be announced in September.
