DEPEW, N.Y. (WIVB) - A local doctor has a date with a judge Wednesday. Doctor Dharam Garg is currently free on $50,000 bail, over a sexual abuse charge.

He is accused of repeatedly abusing a female patient at his Depew office. He claims the patient never complained, until now.
