Downed power lines close major roads

EAST AURORA, N.Y. (WIVB) - High winds have brought down power lines on Center Rd. in East Aurora.
Both the northbound and southbound lanes of Center Rd. remain closed between Sweet and Blakeley roads. The downed lines were first reported at 5:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
Power crews are on the scene working to reopen the road.
Downed power lines have also closed route 62 between Mill Street and Leach Hill Road in the Town of Ellington and route 394 from Bly Hill Road to Niets Crest Road in the Town of Harmony.
