JAVA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A driver is accused of being almost four times the legal BAC limit while driving in the Town of Java.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office says 23-year-old Justin Tegler, of Little Valley, was stopped on Route 77, after a police sergeant saw his vehicle crossing the center line of the roadway several times.

The Sheriff’s Office says he failed several field sobriety tests, including have an alleged .30 percent blood alcohol content. Tegler had a previous DWI conviction in the past 10 years, so his arrest was on felony DWI charges.
Tegler is charged with felony DWI, aggravated DWI and failure to keep right.
