Driver accused of DWI, leaving scene

ALDEN, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Corfu man is charged with DWI, after a two-car crash Monday night in Alden. The Erie County Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old Patrick Wasikowski’s vehicle rammed into the back of another vehicle.
Deputies say Wasikowski fled the scene, and was apprehended a short time later. Deputies say he refused to submit a breath test, and was charged with DWI, following too closely and leaving the scene of an accident.
