NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A portion of River Road is back open following a nasty overnight crash in North Tonawanda.

When you look at the wreckage, it's amazing that a suspected drunk driver managed to walk away from the scene.

Police say the driver flipped his car, taking out some power lines in the process. He's now charged with DWI. The crash also knocked out power to a nearby neighborhood.
