LEWISTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - Investigators believe alcohol was a driving factor in an early morning roll-over crash in Niagara County.
Police say 21-year-old Pierce Abrams was not only drunk, but also speeding when he lost control and flipped over several times.
This happened early Sunday morning along Mount Hope Road in Lewiston. All three people in the car were rushed to ECMC. Abrams is now charged with DWI and speeding.
