CAMBRIA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Niagara County Sheriff's Deputies are piecing together a serious dinner time crash.

According to investigators, 64-year-old Wade Smith of Lockport lost control and flipped his car along Saunders Settlement Road in the Town of Cambria, Sunday.

Passenger, 60-year-old Annie Smith is also listed in stable condition and was taken to ECMC with arm injuries.

A third passenger, 70 year-old Barbara Pate, was thrown from the car and found in the ditch; she's listed in critical condition with multiple injuries.
