Dyster names new police superintendent

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - Crime fighters in the Cataract City will soon have a new chief. Mayor Paul Dyster has named Detective Lieutenant Bryan DalPorto as the city’s new police superintendent.

DalPorto has been with the department for 15 years. He will take over for Police Superintendent John Chella, who is retiring after 44 years.
