BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Tuesday, the Erie County Industrial Development Agency will make the next move, deciding the fate of a multi-million dollar development plan in North Buffalo.
The board is expected to vote on whether to give Developer Rocco Termini a quarter million dollars in tax exemptions, for his $6 million plan.
He wants to transform an old building on Grote Street into loft apartments and retail space. Termini also has plans to develop the former FWS building , nearby Grote Street on Elmwood Avenue.
