PERRYSBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Gowanda man is facing a slew of driving charges after deputies pulled him over for driving erratically with children in his car.
Deputies stopped Brian K. Stevens, 35, after observing him driving down the middle of the road in Perrysburg Friday night.
When deputies approached the vehicle, they saw two young children who were not in the proper child seats. Additionally, a check revealed that Stevens did not have a license and his driving privileges had been suspended.
Stevens was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Second Degree. He is also facing failure to keep right, no child seat, and unlicensed operator charges.
He is due back in Perrysburg court at a later date.
