BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Former Sabre and fan favorite Rob Ray will have a razor in hand Wednesday, to shave the head of a local restaurateur.

Lou Billitier, the owner of Chef’s restaurant in Buffalo, is going Bald for Bucks. He has a lot of hair to lose, apparently his hair is now down to his shoulders.
