Firefigher injured in funeral home fire

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - News 4 was on the scene of a fire inside United Memorial Funeral Home on Bailey and Dartmouth in Buffalo.

The fire started at 5: 30 PM.

Nobody was inside at the time, including any corpses.

News 4 is also told that dispatchers were warning firefighters to make sure their masks were secure because of the toxic chemicals that were burning inside the building.

Buffalo Fire Dispatchers tell us that one firefighter was injured, the extent of the injury is unknown.
