BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Twelve Buffalo firefighters have won their discrimination case against the city.

State Supreme Court Justice John Michalek has ordered the city and the Buffalo Fire Department to pay the plaintiffs more than $2 million in damages.

The firefighters, who are white, claimed they were passed over for promotions so the city could promote more African Americans.
