Police say they arrested Kelly Cerrone, Kyle Koch and Ronald Shattuck, they were all charged with one count third-degree trademark counterfeiting. Kenneth Smith and Joshua Wyskiel were also arrested, they were both charged with one count of second-degree trademark counterfeiting.

Smith and Wyskiel were held, arraigned in Orchard Park Town Court and later released on bail. The other three defendants were released on appearance tickets.
