BUFFALO, NY (WIVB) - The Erie County Health Department is getting the word out that they are teaming up with several other organizations to sponsor a free rabies clinic on Wednesday, Jan. 30.
The Health Department is joining with the Niagara Frontier Veterinary Socitety and the SPCA to make free rabies vaccinations possible .
“We must protect families and their pets from rabies, and these free clinics are a great way to do that,” said Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz. “Last year, over 5,600 animals were vaccinated countywide through these clinics. “
