HAMBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) - Some help is on the way to designate a part of the Village of Hamburg as a Historic District.

The States Park Office has awarded a 54-hundred dollar grant to help with the project.

Senator Charles Schumer says Main Street, between Buffalo and Lake Streets should become a Historic District to pave the way for Federal tax breaks to continue the preservation of the shopping district.
