Gun owners can "opt out"

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Pistol permit holders can choose to “opt out” Saturday. The forms are available from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Northtown Auto Bureau in Amherst.
Once the form is filled out and submitted, permit owner’s information will not be made public. The forms are always available online and at the Pistol Permit Office on Franklin Street.
