WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Harvey VFW Post in West Seneca hosted, "Marie's Famous First of the Year Flea Market" Saturday.
Vendors brought antiques, books, toys, clothes, even jewelry for browsers to check out and even buy.
Janice Clifford, Flea Market Promoter says, "Today we had newspapers from the Tony Dempsey fight, we have wonderful jewelry, we have pottery that you can't find anywhere else, we have depression glass, and we have photographs."
The market is a tradition that goes back at least 20 years.
