HEAP outreach comes to Tonawanda

TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Tuesday, Tonawanda residents will have a chance to get some help from HEAP.
A HEAP outreach event will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the United Way of the Tonawandas on Seymour Street.
Interviews will be on a first come, first served basis. Applicants are asked to bring proof of income, a current electric bill and number of people in the household.
