ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Families are enjoying the magic of holidays this weekend in Orchard Park at Chestnut Ridge with Santa himself.
Santaland returned to the park today where families and their children had fun with everything the event had to offer.
The activities included hay rides, wood cutting, a hay maze, marshmallow roasts, and a visit from Santa.
For some families like the Kingsbury's, it's a holiday tradition being passed down from generation to generation.
Colleen Kingsbury of Williamsville says, "For my husband, his father, who we're here with today, he took him and his brother when they were little and so, the way he remembers it is as just sort of a magical time all of them so when to bring our daughter this year since it's her first Christmas so she could experience some of what they experienced when they were growing up."
Santaland is put on by the county parks and Orchard Park Recreation departments.
The event continues tomorrow from 11-4p.m.
